Each piece of my handmade jewellery is created from quality materials that are designed to last – if looked after even plated jewellery should be enjoyed for years to come.
If however in the course of wearing your jewellery you find that over time a clasp doesn’t feel as secure as before, or the elastic filament your stretch bracelet is feeling a bit too loose, I offer the peace of mind that your treasured piece can be restored to former glory.
Simply contact me with details of the issue and I’ll get back to you with details of where to send it to be repaired or restrung. In the case of plated jewellery if the coating has worn thin on certain areas and I have the available components in stock I will renew these for you as well, so your jewellery is as good as new.
If your piece is simply tarnished and is otherwise sound you may find my jewellery care guide helpful.

This service covers ordinary wear only and does not cover damage incurred by misuse. All repairs are undertaken at my discretion.
You may be required to send a photo of your jewellery so I can ascertain if it is covered by this offer. If there is damage clearly not due to general wear then a free repair may not be possible and a fee may be payable.
In the case of severe damage that I do not feel can be fixed and is not covered by this offer I may be able to remake the piece or offer a similar alternative if I no longer have components to recreate it, for a fee, if required.
The owner is responsible for the costs of sending the piece for repair and registered post is recommended for peace of mind.
